How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Treebones Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Treebones Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Treebones Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@treebones.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like from us

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unsettled

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
